SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items will be packaged very securely using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. If the item is small enough we will use padded envelopes. Please rest assured that it is our mission to make sure that you receive your goods in pristine condition! We will then post the goods using your choice of Royal Mail first class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, the Royal Mail Parcel Service or for United States customers, the Royal Mail Airsure Service. We advise you to consider the value and weight of the order before choosing to use standard Royal Mail first class as it does not allow for insurance or a recorded delivery.
UK DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We will process your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery although we do our best to shorten this. As we are committed to providing the best service we can, should the item you have purchased take longer than 30 days to be delivered to you, we will offer a full refund of any monies paid. To change any part of your personal details send and email with the required changes to enquiries@myjumbie.com a further email will be sent to confirm who you are and the requested changes. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to change the delivery address.
INTERNAIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
We endeavour to deliver items to European countries within 7-14 working days of acceptance of the order. We endeavour to delivery to countries outside Europe within 2-4 weeks. If we cannot deliver to your country we will contact you to organise alternate arrangements.

At Myjumbie.com we give named cardholders the option to choose a different shipping address that is convenient to you. This might be a work address or another address in the event the purchase is a gift.*
Do you need an urgent delivery?
We offer a next day hand delivery service to named cardholders within Greater London (Zones 1 to 6) for only £9.99. Purchases will be delivered before 5pm and must be to either a business or residential address**
We apologise to our valued customers outside Greater London and we are planning to extend this service to all of the UK in the near future.
DUTY AND ADDITIONAL TAXES
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and the respective customs departments: you are responsible for any duty owed.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, all you have to do is return it to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item should be returned well packed and in its original packaging. Also, please note that return postage costs are your liability. Further, we recommend that you use registered insured mail service to return the item, as we will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received the item and processed your returned item, we will credit your debit/credit card the cost of the sale of the item less the original cost of posting the item to you. Return of damaged goods If your item reaches you damaged in transit, a replacement item/or a refund of the cost of the item and reasonable cost of returning the item to us will be made once we are in receipt of the damaged item.
